Day – 2
Pre-Lunch
• Principles of adult learning, psycho*dynamics of learning process
• Appraisam systems – initiating the training need analysis process,
• Training need analysis, universalisation of training needs.
• Designing training modules based on universalized segments.
 

Post-Lunch
• Designing training programme, identifying programme objectives and listing of programme inputs
• Training methodologies – lecture, case discussion, role play, simulation, sensitivity training, in-basket, management games, programmed instructions and T-groups

 
Day – 3
Pre-Lunch
• Role of visual, audio and non-verbal communication methods for optimum effectiveness
• Trainer as a manger, guide a proactive leader, a motivator and a change agent.
